One of Yoshinogawa's proudest brews, a Daiginjo sake crafted with prestige and encased in a paulownia wood box with traditional Romance influences and a unique product number. 1800ml.

Product name: Junmai Daiginjo Masakazu Kura Origin: Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture Characteristics of the production area: Ground sewage where the precipitated snow melted and purified over the years. Also, a sake rice from a blessed source and environment that produces delicious sake. Flavor: Dry Taste: Smooth and delicate texture with delicious scent and velvet, Mellow and elegant taste History: Tenbun Era 17 years (1548) Brewery name: Yoshino River Features: The best masterpiece of Yoshino River. It is produced from Echigo, a homegrown first class type of "Gohyakumangoku" rice with a famous spring water and fermented for a long term and low temperature sake. Suitable food: Crisp dish (wild plants, tempura etc.)
