Description of Saeki Hisho Junmai Sake

Sake Meter Value + 4-5, rice polishing rate 65%, frequency 16%. All rice from local Saiki is used. It is made with the rice produced from Saeki's soil, the water of the Seiryu Bansho River, and the sake of Saeki's warehouse. Saeki Hisho is not only delicious, it is a pure and tasty Junmai sake that conveys the climate of Saeki. It has a good balance of acid and has a taste that enhances the deliciousness of your meal. It is recommended that you drink it cold or lukewarm at about 45 degrees.
