Description of [Set of 2] Ryuzei Black Label Junmai Daiginjo Sake 0.72L (alc. 17%)

Its a ginjo Sake with alcohol that has a sweet and profound taste of a rice with rich banana fragrance. It has won the first prize in "Meiji 40 Sake Contest" First prize of the 2007 IWC Trophy Award Fuji Sake Brewery was established in 1863. Takehara is a rich land with water of good quality suitable for Sake brewing that is good for starting a brewing business. Takehara is facing the calm sea of Setouchi a scenic town known for its salt-making industry. It is formerly called as the little "Aki no Kyoto" now called Hiroshima and it has kept its beautiful townscapes and historical shrines and the rich salt-making industry that has been preserved for over a hundred fifty years now. It is the desire of the Japanese Sake brewing company to support the existence of these trees.

Domestic Rating ★★★★☆ I do not drink liquor much but I usually drink sake when I feel tired so this is slightly thicker compared to it. Although it is rich it has a refreshing and rich flavor and aroma. If you take a sip you'd think that the taste and scent have gone a little then its refreshing aftertaste appears. Even though it is rich I think that its mellowness and freshness fit perfectly with tempura tonkatsu yakitori and much more. I have only drank it at ambient temperature but I think that the taste and aroma would be more enjoyable if drank warm. ★★★★★ I heard that it is delicious from an acquaintance so I tried purchasing. I can not drink much sake but this liquor was like an intermediate between Western liquor and Japanese sake. It is like chocolate ice cream for adults. It is very delicious. ★★★★★ There are many types of sake. So if you are looking for a certain mouthfeel and taste there are beers or sweet specialty sake. There are many kinds of wine too. In regards to this sweet specialty sake is No. 1. But with only 500ml the amount is small but if you drink little by little a bottle can last you up to 10 days. Definitely an upscale sake. ★★★★★ It is known for its gorgeous making of liquor with sake. I thought that this is the sake I read in "The Ambassador's Chef" before. ★★★★★ It is sweet and delicious. Two other people drank it with her and they finished it in two days... ★★★★★ I did not feel any peculiarity from the liquor. It was mellow easy to drink and it smelled nice and delicious. I like it a lot because it has an elegant faint scent of wood (a barrel) and it is not too sweet. It's milder than sake it feels like you are not drinking but like sake... it is a bit strange. Especially when I do not have a party or a feast I usually have time for a relaxing dinner. I did not know that there was a liquor store in a big department store in Tokyo (3 cases) some sake brewer did not sell it to ordinary customers for one reason (1 case) except for mail-order it was a strangely acceptable substitute (W). Even though it is delicious... ★★★★☆ I knew about it from a book called "Japanese Aged Sake" by Nobuhiro Ueno and tried drinking it. It seems that ordinary sake is to be charged with rice koji and water but it is said that noble liquor is using sake instead of water (from what I remember it was written that they are using brewed sake in the last preparation but this is not quite clear). I was surprised to take a sip. Rather than sake I felt a good sweet taste that's similar to Shaoxing wine. I liked pretty sweet sake (Porto and Madeira) so this was quite a good impression.
