Description of Zaku Miyabi no tomo Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo 720ml (15%)

In March 2013, "Zaku" revised the prices of all products as well as the lineup, and as a result, "Masano Satoshi Nakatori", which was treated as Junmai Ginjo, will be upgraded to Junmai Daiginjo. Although the quality of the rice used to be equal to the Daiginjo class with 50% polished rice, it was strange that it was kept in the junmai ginjo class, so we hope this review can be interpreted calmly and its position can be settled. The concept of "Masano Satoshi" is a balance between aroma and taste. However, it is easy to say, but difficult to do. It is actually difficult to prepare a single tank with a good balance of flavor and taste. Therefore, we made two types of junmai ginjo sake, which were prepared with emphasis on fragrance and two types of junmai ginjo sake, with emphasis on taste. The ginjo scent floating from the glass is wonderful. After one sip, the scent spreads further in the mouth. The element of Junmai Ginjo Sake appears. Because it leaves an impression of a sparkling fragrance, it is often thought of as a "scented sake", but if you roll it carefully on your tongue, you will find that it is a very colorful sake. Former member of the Japanese national football team, Hidetoshi Nakata, also appreciates the taste and came to visit the brewery. It is a recommended mastepiece that is by far the most popular in the series.
