Description of Juyondai Hizou Saka

The Juyondai brewed sake is an art piece of liquor that has been created with passion, using the secret technique of "Tamagaeshi" that has been handed down from generation to generation. It is a treasured Daiginjo old sake made by polishing Yamada Nishiki special rice from Yoshikawa in the special A district of Hyogo to 40% and aged at low temperatures for many years. The dazzling amber sparkling drop is mellow, sharp on the throat, and its gentle aging creates a rich flavor.

Yamagata Prefecture is located in the Tohoku region of Japan and is a land rich in nature surrounded by the Ou Mountains and the Asahi Mountain Range, and excellent water is flowing from the mountains. There are about 30 or more famous spring waters. There are many historical sake breweries that continue to make their own sake, as it is a blessed land for sake brewing. There are about 55 breweries in the prefecture. "Sakuranbo" and "Yonezawa ushi", which account for 70% of Japan's total production, are also famous. And it is the only place in Japan that has a hot spring in each municipality in the prefecture and is also called the “hot spring kingdom”.
