Description of Sasa Masamune Junmai Sake

This Junmai sake is made with raw local rice produced in Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture, along with "the famous water of Kitakata" which is the underground water of Mt.Iide. Aiming for authentic sake, we have been working on the manufacture and sale of Junmai sake since 1997, not only in Fukushima Prefecture, but also in Japan, and it is a popular special item that is still loved by many people. You can feel the richness of Junmai making. It is characterized by a slightly dry with a swelling due to its 16 degrees of alcohol content. It is recommended to serve it chilled or warmed. It goes well with the refreshingly seasoned local cuisine. Enjoy authentic sake prepared only with rice and water.
